About Us
For the past seven years, 787 Mofongo has been a fixture in the Lake Nona area as the oldest food truck around.
This Orlando-based food truck has gained a reputation for its delicious Puerto Rican cuisine, particularly the Carne Frita con Mofongo dish prepared by its owner, Juan. With over 40 years of experience in the food industry, Juan co-founded Los Gorditos restaurants with his grandfather in Puerto Rico before eventually establishing the Casa Mofongo restaurants in Puerto Rico and Florida.
